Wild About SG60 Experiential Installation

Event fabrication played a central role in bringing the Wild About SG60 concept to life as an engaging and visually impactful celebration of Singapore’s 60th milestone. The project required translating creative ideas into physical structures that could capture attention, communicate the celebratory theme, and withstand a high-traffic public environment.

Working closely with the creative and project teams, Skyy Design interpreted the design intent and developed fabrication-ready solutions that balanced aesthetics, structural integrity, and practical installation considerations. Each component was carefully detailed to ensure the installations would not only look impressive but also function reliably throughout the event duration.

From technical development and material selection to custom fabrication and finishing, every stage was managed with precision. Structural frameworks were engineered for stability, while scenic elements were crafted to enhance the immersive visual experience. Modular fabrication methods were also incorporated to streamline transportation and on-site assembly.

The final stage involved coordinated on-site installation, ensuring all structures were assembled safely, efficiently, and according to plan. Through meticulous planning and execution, the Wild About SG60 installations were transformed from concept sketches into fully realised experiential structures that invited visitors to celebrate Singapore’s heritage and future.
